Our Guarantee
Environmental Wood Products, Inc. guarantees all of our products except as otherwise specified against workmanship or defective materials for one year after the date of shipment. The natural characteristics found in solid wood such as pine knots, mineral streaks and burls will not be considered defects and are therefore not covered by this guarantee unless preference for select materials is specified at the time order is placed.

Due to the nature of wood, some expansion and contraction will occur, according to product size and environmental conditions in which the product is placed. For this reason, this guarantee does not apply for improper storage, handling, or finishing on the part of the customer. Guarantee covers replacement of our product and shipping costs only. Guarantee does not cover installation, removal, finishing, or labor involved with any situation. Doors not exceeding 24” wide and/or 48” high are guaranteed against warpage. Drawer fronts not exceeding 30” wide and/or 8” high are guaranteed against warpage. Door and drawer sizes guaranteed for a tolerance of plus or minus one 16th of an inch. Due to the nature of Heartpine, Cypress, or any wood species that has or cannot be kiln dried, we will not warranty.
